Ufology PReSS Blog - Exopolitics, Contact and Consciousness

Ufology PReSS Blog - Exopolitics, Contact and Consciousness: new reference material - beyond ufos... data has been collected by the Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Experiences (FREE).

The contributors to the book also share nearly the same views from their observations and research, let alone their personal experiences, presenting their ideas from a variety of perspectives that meet the scholarly requirements for a great work and leading-edge research in what has traditionally been a hands-off fashion for lack of empirical data and/or repeatable event construction. The nature of these encounters is certainly more random yet perhaps as the information is shared and studied there will be better questions that help us to understand and even participate in the phenomena.
If you are here and reading this, then you owe it to yourself to get the book.

Entrapment or Intelligence?

Entrapment or Intelligence?

In some cases one might consider having a bunch of letters behind their name a sign of accomplishment. In others it only validates an old adage of 'the more I know the more I realize I don't know.' At times the letters create more boundaries to knowledge than they share, limiting the mind's peering into further depths because of the constraints of the 'degrees' that separate. How separate we get before we begin to learn how to come together for a common purpose is an aspect of intelligence.

Is there a potential of bridging boundaries or of finding some harmony in the chaos we witness in the world today? Certainly we can agree that our planetary civilization is evolving, even though it may only appear as pockets of progress currently.

Man surely is realizing there is much more to our nature than has been nurtured by and through our intellectual and spiritual development. The two often create vastly different approaches to resolving common issues we all face. We look out into the cosmos and can confirm there is indeed one creation that we can all witness, yet there are a plethora of postulates and projections as to how it operates and who is in charge.

Some have no desire to explore such matters and focus on doing what is deemed 'best' for the daily activities of supporting their family and performing their job, Others obsess over conspiracy theories about control and dominance of the human race and loose sight of what matters in the moment.

Sometimes the advantage of intelligence keeps one dancing around the circle of perspective and exploring each of the points along the line to the point of entrapment. The observer gets caught up in the process and stifles the ability of the participant to engage life. This seems to happen across the gamut of human experience from personal to professional, community to corporate. Now it is easy to see this when one remains in the eye of the storm. However, life is spinning around the observer in the storm itself.

An old favorite, Aurobindo Ghose, presented the notion that it is easier to enter the chaos and find one's center, then to choose when and where to re-enter with a sense of direction and/or purpose. In today's world the deeper one looks into the nature of his/her life and the purposeful direction of it, the more one is confronted with the conflicting notions of dominance and submission to a variety of 'wills' and the management of attention to them.

Can we find balance and/or harmony within the dominant culture or do we need a shift to the submissive side?

As we begin to realize there are some natural patterns the appear throughout creation, maybe there is good cause to pause and reflect on the mathematical precision present in them. It would seem to make sense that the pendulum would begin to swing toward finding ways to become aligned with these patterns instead of dominate our environment and society through forced behaviors.

Just how is our intelligence going to release us from the entrapment of our ill-fated dominance and near destruction of our planet?

In the author's opinion, we have to first agree collectively that there is a need. Decades of data-driven decisions (depending on who's data) have driven us to the brink of global annihilation, not because of weapons of mass destruction but because of poor planetary resource management and use. Like it or not, we're driven by a fossil fuel economy.

Good or bad isn't the point now as it seems apparent we need a change. How we engage that change will determine how quickly we move beyond the entrapment and demonstrate intelligence as a human specie instead of a human race.

The Darkness in the Light

Hermetic-PentThe Darkness in the Light

Darkness has really gotten a bad rap over the eons. In fact, when one enters the void there is a darkness full of possibility; a sense of being connected to everything in the nothingness. As one passes through the light (often referred to as the point of light within) into the physical world, the possibility of fulfilling purpose garnered from the formless becoming form is birthed.

So it is with cosmic consciousness manifesting in and through our bodies as they are perfectly designed to be the vessel; the Bodhisattva, the Christ, the human in which God dwells becomes aware of the ONE. The within and the without merge as this marriage of heaven and earth takes place in our lives. The first step begins in the darkness and unknown... Fear and loathing in the New Age has no place.

So many are in this place of jumping off now, and many more will join in since we passed by 12/21 without incident. A new galactic year has begun, launching us into yet another unknown cycle of births and deaths. How will we embrace the unknown? How will we look at our own ignorance and superstition? How will we truly love one another? Will we continue on the same destructive path or have an upwising?

The only judgments made in the ‘light’ or any realm of consciousness are our own. What a paradox in the face of the fear, guilt and shame game! We all seem to know it's all about feeling connected, at peace and in love. What if we were able to carry that feeling with us, knowing it is what we will find at our next transition anyway? Is a transition inevitable? What if we had a choice?

Is this our challenge: to move from duality to Oneness in our own consciousness? Is this not also the challenge of modern Christianity and others? There is a faction within the Christian realm that profess the living Christ, yet condemn any modern understanding outside the text of the Bible. What a challenge for humans! Are we more than just humans? Or do we just not understand what being human really means? We certainly sense the deep connection with loved ones and in compassionate activities. Is this natural?

Does a child not grow up to become an adult with the capacity to become a parent? What is a self-actualized human being? Could we be confusing crawl-ins, stand-ins and walk-ins because we have no frame of reference and still cannot claim our own growth toward magnificence? The natural resonance of what we have categorized as the various forms of love is obvious evidence that we have a deep-seated knowing that produces sensations when we violate our own values in living.

Our ethics demonstrate how we weigh our knowing of this love with the maligned perception of fear, guilt or shame promoted by those who wish dominance because the grip of their own fear is so unshakeable. It's also demonstrated by how we behave in light of our words. Most of us don't realize just how transparent we are and how much attention others pay to the 'delta' between words and action. Words are cheap. Action is priceless.

A self-actualized human being, in my opinion, would have achieved awareness through primary personal portals into the fabric of consciousness, at least becoming proficient in creating constructive scenarios with people, places and things. One who achieves a connected state is able to excel in creating good will and execution of strategic plans to actualize personal or professional goals. It's also a path wrought with trials and tribulations like no other, excruciatingly painful when one has to let go of another who chooses to remain in destructive patterns.

Even those connected individuals realize that the challenge to remain connected is an ever-present moment. Now what about those who have extraordinary connectivity to things beyond the normal scope of human experience? How do they relate to a new living awareness? Apparently shifting consciousness is on the rise due to our planet’s increased vibratory rate as a bi-product of our movement through space. It's a new kind of quantum entanglement... spooky action at a distance arriving in your neighborhood soon.

According to some sources, cosmic volunteers that become self-actualized human beings master experiential knowing and translate their wisdom into 'righteous' acts, promoting the good of the order and all. They are able to engage phenomena beyond our imagination and yet because of universal edicts, their lives are often hidden from public view. Attempts by others to use this awareness for selfish gain find that it just doesn't work. Those who demand proof are rarely attentive enough to see it.

Humans tend to want spectacular sideshows and get caught up in the phenomena to the point of missing the message. We might even begin to see a synergism of previously fragmented bits of knowledge that congeal into malleable frameworks of great import if we pay attention closely. There is often too much psychic disturbance, too much mental chatter about nothing important, that keeps the affects of spontaneous moments from having a lasting effect.

We have a plethora of literature and accounts of the ascent in consciousness to query on our journey. Too often, though, we tend to get stuck in one path or religion and fail to grok the importance of them all. No one religion has the market on truth. It is possible that a view of them all might provide necessary clues as to their unity. What if we turned our attention to those things that truly matter to us all?
an afterthought...We must honor those who risk their lives to stand up for making sense common. Money and power have ruled many countries silently for centuries. Now the populations are to the point where the house divided simply cannot stand any longer.
The activity seems absolutely insane, yet absolutely necessary in order to shift the balance of power back to the people who deserve. It will take time and for those who are not in the midst of the action, like myself, I can only encourage the peaceful revolution to continue.
Wars do no determine who is right, only who is left. No doubt the insecurities and over-reaction of the police is a result of co-dependence - of acting like they think some authority wants them to act. Alas, the conversations come slowly as hearts are changed; opened to the truth of the inhumanity of brother against brother.
It is a time in our making of history for 'planetary citizens' to step up and continue to demonstrate the need for our society to evolve beyond the control and domination of those who fear its loss. It would seem there is a wave of discontent flowing around the planet now. Many knew it was coming. May the natural order of love for one another resume its process and provide ways for quick resolve with the least chaos and destruction as possible.
There are ways to engage the world's powers in new ways, inviting them to be part of the solutions rather than continuing to create the chasms between moral and ethical responsibility. No one like to be told they are foolish, misguided or wrong. One way to engage the corporations in new ways is through the incorporation of the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standards. Critical Self Reflection

Critical Self Reflection

The process of critical reflection of assumptions empowers one and many to view influencing details that determines the ability to find consensus and harmony in any situation. Harmony does not mean the absence of conflict, merely the creative use of it to resolve issues that inhibit cooperative and collaborative relationships in professional and personal environments.

The article presents perspectives of human patterns and the avenues available to establish collective understandings of beliefs, intentions, values and feelings to facilitate a ‘common’ reality that is workable for everyone. Critical reflection of assumptions is used to enter into a discourse to assess alternative beliefs, predicated on universal principles. CRA is used in Transformational Theory, Assimilative Learning, Objective Reframing, and Subjective Reframing for adult learning.

Transformational Theory

Transformational Theory (Mezirow, 1991,1995, 1996), which uses reflection, maintains human learning is promoted in communication through assessing intentions, values, moral issues, and feelings which requiring the use of critical reflection of assumptions. Transformational Theory holds that CRA is not a panacea or provides some transcendent experience to resolve conflict. Rather, it presents the process as a ‘best practice’ compared to other options that have been used in the workplace.

Assimilative Learning

Assimilative Learning, as used by psychoanalysts, pertains to adjustment or accommodation to a difficult situation by accepting it as conforming to one’s desire. This process moves one to act according to regulative principles, a way of thinking or behaving deemed more functional or acceptable. This seems to characterize the way adults learn to adapt to change, using tacit judgment to move forward to constructive results.

Objective Reframing

Objective Reframing examines established definitions, theories, and practices to better understand the paradigms influencing decision-making. Using critical reflection of a premise and defining a problem can lead to transformative redefinition and ‘problem posing.’ The objective of this process, in the all its facets, is to improve performance.

Subjective Reframing

Subjective Reframing examines psychological or cultural assumptions to reveal conceptual and psychological limitations.

In all of the above situations, critical reflection of assumptions is used in discursive groups to assess and manage flow of communication relative to outcomes desired within those same discursive groups that are commonly found within the workplace environment. The task for a manager is to creatively translate the use of critical reflection of assumptions and discourse to effectively facilitate conflict resolution in the workplace.

Questions:

What are the tools available for creating an atmosphere where critical reflection of assumptions can be used effectively? How can one facilitate the use of such tools in environments where human communications are predicated on form, fit and function of critical path assessments?

Potential Answers:

Human resource development programs using a combination of psychoanalytic assessment tools and facilitation training for employees are one possibility. Cultural diversity and sensitivity training for managers is another, as they can then affect communication in their respective departments. Team building or collaborative alliance training outside of the company’s environment is yet another possibility that offers professional development through reliance on others as well as self.

Critical path assessment, defining the basic fundamentals of production, can be introduced through various scenarios involving critical reflection of assumptions. One such opportunity would involve discovering the logic path used to streamline production processes, eliminating wasted resources and labor costs as a functional goal. Another would use interpersonal skills development to better affect communicating goals and objectives to a diverse population within the workforce.

Personal ethics statement: I will to do good for all, desiring to serve humanity in the highest and best use of my mind/body/spirit complex, in the facilitation of a new world order of harmony among people and planet through the development of a state-of-the-art model community and website that promotes this endeavor.

Common Fears

Zen Benefiel Every question has an answer. Are you asking the right ones?
A point of perspection dances in the balance of the seer’s vision.

What do you think is the most common fear in business today? Fear of failure? Fear of success? Fear of dissolution? Fear of the market? Fear of regulations? Fear of whistle blowers? According to the Anxiety Disorders Association of America, 19 million people have specific phobias, such as crossing bridges or tunnels; 15 million have a social phobia, e.g., public speaking; and 2 million have agoraphobia, when sufferers avoid places where they previously had a panic attack. Those who have one phobia likely have others too. (Forbes-Allison Van Dusen, 12.14.06, 12:01 AM ET)

Now these are common personal fears, but what about how those translate into the business environment? It is this writer's opinion that the most common fear is 'losing control.' Years of project management and organizational observations edify this perception and it shows up most commonly as micro-management or the feeling that you have to 'do it all.' The lack of trust in the leadership/management team diminishes their ability to perform.

Oftentimes the opportunity to develop a strong management team never appears because of the 'energy' of the leader/owner/CEO. How are you 'controlling' those around you? Do you carry unspoken and unfulfilled expectations of your cohorts? What are they? The answers to the latter questions are the first things that need to be put on the table. The expectations and questions that evolve from the discussion will literally set you free inside and reflect in your business effectiveness.

That may be uncomfortable at first because you've never done it before, never allowed yourself to be vulnerable in sharing for fear that you might hurt someone's feelings maybe, or the 'professional' environment doesn't warrant personal expression. Or you think you might have expectations that are too high for your employees or staff. If you never voice them, how can you expect any kind of commitment to them? Can you match them with your own expectations of your personal performance? Oh my.... you might fail. You might make mistakes. Great! That is how we grow.

What is interesting is the anxiety-driven decision-making process is obviously not the best practice for management, let alone for the survival of the company. The mental constructs for the organizational development often don't see the need for making sense common - jobarchy - the job/project is the boss and everyone wins. Too often hidden agendas rule the scene. The 'anxious' feeling is often misinterpreted and mismanaged in the 'flow' of optimal experience.

Quite serendipitously engaged, this same feeling often is the same as the 'creative spirit' showing up in consciousness; a 'quickening' of the internal system present in all people. It actually shows up in the body's sensations first. Those who 'manage' it move forward. Those who ignore it soon lose whatever control they once thought they had. Now, there is a choice when this feeling shows up. Anxiety results in being afraid, angry, ignorant and immobile in the process of making sense common and providing good leadership decisions. Anxiety is about the future.

The paradox is that same feeling opens the door to change, of doing things more congruent with flow only the experience is lacking validation because of past choices. The challenge to change appears and invites participation in the present. It is the result of acknowledging the feeling and interpreting it differently. Is the perception of control that important when it stifles the possibilities for growth and escalation of revenue?

Lao Tzu once said that depression is a result of living in the past, anxiety is the result of living in the future and peace, the result of living in the present. What does that mean and how does it apply to the business environment? People naturally want to do the right thing right when supported in the workplace, whatever the function. Happy people get more done in less time with less supervision and often reduce costs with value engineering choices that better use resources, both human and material. As a leader, you have to be present and vulnerable.

The paradox of being vulnerable is that it allows the inner strengths of your team to emerge. Your business SWOTT has just taken and evo-leap with the new skill set capacity for application you've invited to the party. Let's look briefly at what others have said about this process. Peter Senge states, "Learning disabilities are tragic in children, but they are fatal in organizations. Because of them, few corporations live even half as long as a person - most die before they reach the age of forty."

The anxiety model keeps you from execution, the most critical part of leadership. Larry Bossidy writes, "Many people regard execution as detail work that's beneath the dignity of a business leader. That's wrong. To the contrary, it's a leader's most important job." NOW is the most important time you can engage as a leader. The desire for control takes you out of the present moment because it does two things that divides your attention. First, you think of past failures and undesirable results.

Next, you move into some future view of mixed-messages that craft an equally dismal result if certain things don't happen. How is that effective management? You've got the team, right? So let them go and do what you've hired them to do, just make sure they've got the resources to execute your plans. Your strategic planning needs to have the buy-in from all your team, your organization cannot perform well when the plan is nebulous or without specific action items assigned to each component of the plan.

Years of facilitating projects, from community events to multi-million dollar product lines, public events and construction projects have demonstrated that clear codes of ethics, mission statements, goals with objectives, issue resolution action procedures and work breakdown structures with a schedule make for smoothing out the bumps in the road to success. Let go of your fears and ask for help from your team.

For entrepreneurs this process is a little different because you need the help of outside resources. The critical needs are addressed in your business plan, a flexible document that is your roadmap to success. If you don't have one, it's hard to manage the details and the desire for control is exacerbated because all the details are in your head or loosely detailed in notes or charts around your workspace.

Take the time to craft a plan, put your business on the path it deserves so that you can solicit help to achieve your dream. If you need help, that's where people like me come in to take your full color dream and help you turn it into a black and white system for execution. If you do have a plan, share it. You'd be surprised how the natural law of attraction can draw the people you need to execute it.

There are a growing number of organizations with helpful people that can provide classes and workshops, office space and networking opportunities that can energize your passion and purpose in achieving your dream, too. Check out The Vault in Colorado for a great model.

Planetary Citizens

"Our mission must be to create a global community of shared responsibilities, shared benefits, and shared values. The new focus will require all of us to think about the how, and to find new ways to take action to solve the global issues that none of us can tackle alone." Foreward: how- Why HOW We Do Anything Means Everything. That title speaks to this moment and our lives.

PlanetaryCitizens.net's mission is to create and nurture positive change in the world. We hope to give you pertinent information and relevant facts in the process. Donald Keys, speech writer for U Thant in the 60s, coined the phrase Planetary Citizen on the way to creating The New World Alliance. The Occupy Movement is a global announcement of dissatisfaction in leadership and a call for change. Our plan is to showcase people, places and things that are contributing to the process of establishing a new world order of harmony among people and planet. We understand the term 'new world order' has mixed emotional perspectives. Our world needs a new order.

A 'new world order' does not mean the continuation of the current status quo and control of the world economy by the corporatocracy, although one necessarily leads to the other over time. A true 'new world order' is emerging as humanity peers into the depths of what keeps us afraid, angry, ignorant and immobile and transcends all such notions. The late Khigh Dhiegh offers his version of the Planetary Citizen pledge in encouragement to us all. The Shift Movement's Wheel of Co-Creation is just one example of engaging systemic change in a holistic fashion.

OurPlaneteryCitizens.net executive summary invites participation with phenomenal results upon execution. It is a brilliant and timely solution to self-organization throughshowcasing people, places and things aligned with the new global ethic of planetary citizenship. Our model is an example of the shift from Ego to WEgo, an evo-leap in behavior empowered by the challenge to change from selfishness to selflessness. We intend to align with the newly released ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standards and encourage their wide-spread use in 21st Century business practices. Harmony among people and planet is the successful negotiation and transcendence of the chaos we're experiencing into a new world order of accountability and responsibility toward human and planetary needs for sustainability.

We cite evidence of the need and solutions available from world servers throughout academia, economic restructuring, organizational development, new social architecture, scientific discovery, and technological advances that appear to be pointing toward an emerging order from the chaos of our ignorance. We consider that humanity has reached this state of affairs through the best efforts of those whom have led our development. We honor those who came before us, but we have reached a time for new focus and work ethics that match our desire for change.

There has been a lack of consideration of the long-term effects of poor resource management and lack of sustainability. We have not learned the laws of nature. Change is inevitable; we can engage it through a collaborative response.how - Why HOW We Do Anything Means Everything is an excellent book everyone should read. We produced a promo for a television show decades ago that has a similar message. Who?, unfortunately, didn't get much traction back then.

We have a challenge to change - a shift from prior behaviors. Our existing systems need a reboot, a refreshing of focus toward life-friendly notions that move us beyond liabilities, limitations andexcuses. The Valley of the Sun Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development presented their annual conference in 2010 with the theme: "The Shift: Challenge to Change - removing liabilities, limitation and excuses in the workplace." If the training and development world are sharing the message, our world is about to change dramatically from the subtle shifts in behavior. A new attitude emerges.

Where are we headed?

Our goal is to create an environment here that empowers each visitor to engage their passion for local and global action and/or service in the 21st century. At first glance we may appear like just another voice singing to the choir. Eventually you will see we are a demonstration of collaborative action, based on the accepted standards of humanitarian service organizations and the notion of making sense common. Instead of fighting for attention, we deliver it.

We're garnering attention and focus on systemic shifts that support a holistic global world view, empowering the diversity toward unity of purpose - a better world for us all. We are developing a comprehensive internal solution using an ISO 26000-based questionnaire and protocols for social responsibility. Application of this tool empowers the systemic shift, mitigating resistance to change and buy-in from leadership and throughout an organization.

Many people are at work in this great effort; from the trenches to the mountaintops wisdom is being shared on- and off-line. Concerted effort and arduous collaboration has been done to create the documents below, so we begin there. What evolves is our actions in alignment with these global efforts. Would you like to be involved in this production?/a>

As we progress and our reach increases through the personal, professional and social networks available our efforts will culminate in the building of a model village that synergizes sustainable development principles with a new understanding of social architecture that empowers excellence in all we do. Like Einstein revealed, we cannot fix a system with the tools that created it. Facebook, LinkedIn, ecademy and others provide opportunity and are underutilized for promoting business and social change.

What are we using?

World standards are evolving. Community humanitarian action fueled by economic, educational, social and technological needs can be more effectively engaged by planetary citizens; Cultural Creatives turned tenacious tradespersons. We suggest an initial document the serves to provide a consistent intentional level of compliance and/or service. This document, the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standards, was initiated by representatives from over 90 countries. It serves as a working document for encouraging intentional action of companies and corporations toward socially responsible action. Communication of intention is a great place to start and you can get your Draft Copy here.

The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples is also a primary document that provides a code of ethics for general behavior. Humankind is diverse across many perspectives, yet we consider all to be planetary citizens and as such would benefit greatly from the wisdom of this declaration. We can see that maligned resources, poor fiscal management and repressed populations have created near chaos in the world. We support making sense in the promotion of responsible activity throughout all existing systems, creating a new world order of harmony among people and planet. Our internet brothers and sisters, friends and relatives help create a thoughtmosphere of good will.

What is in it for you?

As we grow into the mission and vision of Planetary Citizens, you will have access to a wealth of information; people, places and things that support harmony among people and planet. If you are adept at searching the Web you can find resources on your own, but we've made it easier to garner more with less time spent. You will gain access to resources that embrace a new millennium mindset and remain practical and pragmatic in the bridging of cultures, religions, political notions and world service. In short, you can find something of relevance for just about any topic regarding planetary citizens.... YOU.

Transformational Lifestyle

At the risk of appearing really off the wall, I'd like to express some considerations that you may share as well. It has been several decades since I first started inquiring deeper within the constructs of reality, seeking congruence of belief systems and daily living. I’ve shucked the belief systems in favor of ‘experience systems’ that offer more congruence.

As you will soon see, I have a penchant for going deep, but the reality is in my daily living and business dealings I introduce the very grounded and practical aspects of collaboration, communication and conversation. I share examples of how everything is connected and when the ‘goal’ is the leader, everyone wins. We simply do what needs to be done.

I've quested for connection since early childhood and have constantly been reminded that intention brings us both deliberate and non-deliberate manifestation. Our thoughts and feelings can bring us together in a sublime experience or rip us apart through anger and depression... chaos in our internal experience. I share simple techniques to calm the storm that work.

I was drawn to this web of life-giving support by that sublime experience we tend to call love. I'd like to offer an acronym that perfectly submits this understanding to our available cognition - Limitless Oscillating Vibrational Energy… even Living One Vibration Eternal. But hey, I’m a sucker for wordsmithing.

LOVE permeates our lives and our planetary consciousness that is shifting toward harmony now. Our tendency is to want to remain in some kind of perception of duality. To unite mind and heart, male and female, yin and yang into a global or universal consciousness is quite the challenge. Where do we begin? Can we not only find but live a balanced life in the face of all our external perturbations?

I would love to say yes with unequivocal surety. Alas, I am a silly human being still reeling from moments of blissful celestial rides in a compassionate embrace of unconditional love. For those who've experienced NDEs or invitations into the light or the void, you can relate on an empathic level from your own experience. What I came to know is that we are cosmic consciousness condensed into form… spiritual beings having a human experience.

As I've learned to manage my own experience better, I've longed to share at least some of the key components so that others may gain access through practicing simple yet profound methods of self-examination and transcendence. The resistance to change, like fear, is a doorway to freedom. When I let go of the emotional attachments I discover deep within the constructs of my reality, the experience of tension turns tranquil… blissful if you will.

I sense millions are addressing these same feelings now. Maybe you are one, too. In the contemplation of oneness, I am another you. We all are individuations of the same Source by whatever name we call it or them. The same paradoxical feeling of total connection and separation exists at our core whether in the light or in the void. It brings a new sense of understanding of the Tao.

I cried as I watched the movie Contact because of the familiarity of the trip through the tube, the awe of the view and the realization that I am not alone yet again. Strange that the human race finishes with mixed results still, yet all roads return us to oneness - an absence of duality. One of the scenes in Contact also led me to contemplate our 2-dimensional symbols in another way, looking for a primer of sorts.

I found it in the symbol of yin and yang, as simple as turning the light on and off... our DNA helix. How? Well, imagine that our heartbeat is like a gate for turning the energy in our body on and off, a top-down or bottom-up view of the helix has one side lit and the other in darkness with the expansion and contraction of our spark, our life force. Those who've witnessed the pulse, the spin of the rainbow sparkled particles and the trip into inner space may have a point of recognition. :)

Now at just over a half-century of onederful experience here, I've earned a couple of master's degrees in business along with certifications in hypnotherapy, transformational life coaching and secondary education among other things. I've applied my education and experience in coaching and consulting realms, but the most fun is facilitating partnering workshops across a variety of fields, from arts to construction to transformation and wellness.

I enjoy the challenge of bringing people together for collaborative purposes, building consensus and transforming the chaos of personal agendas into a unified front. I’ve experienced the bliss of success in so many ways, including large public events like the Fiesta Bowl New Year’s Eve Block Party in Tempe, Arizona (250,000 patrons), ADOT and FHWA road and bridge construction partnering workshops ($3M to $500M – 20 to 70 participants) and facilitating the logistics on smaller event on my own.

Chaos is the beginning of order as we well know by now. Once we embrace our own shadow, the chaos begins to transform. Discovery empowers revelation on a personal basis. I have crafted some practices and supportive information to help others in the process of finding balance and harmony within. It has taken much time and effort to compile, so I do ask for some exchange, however minimal. Our emotional processes and the path to freeing our entanglements can be put into simple order. I invite you to explore and investigate yourself. The link to this work is: Transformation: A Guide for Change.

What have we got to lose?

The Future We Study and Plan for Begins NOW

I may be completely off track here, but there seems to be a reticence toward openness and vulnerability across the dynamics of human relationships. The concerns for acceptance, safety and security appear to be at the root of this resistance.

I don't think I'm alone in this regard as I've had many private discussions that support this observation. How do we move beyond the boundaries of self-inflicted separation when we profess to believe that a holistic perspective is imperative in the world today?

From corporate conundrums in workplace learning and performance to political postulates for serving the needs of society to religious rhetoric meant to free our souls' purpose to manifest in our daily lives... its a full stop when simple and obvious questions arise. The truth seems to be always less than full disclosure. How do we first find and then share truth without spending decades or millennia arguing about it? Can we just acknowledge 'what is'?

We, as a world, are faced with some very important choices as we seek to transform our past profit-driven and less than human friendly decisions into creating a world that makes sense. Life-friendly choices are muddled by cash flow projections, personal liabilities, professional limitations and excuses for not acting in accordance with what we profess to believe - our ability to act in love.

Too often that love is conditional, with expectations that are neither spoken of fulfilled because of our inability to articulate the wisdom we hold as spiritual beings in human form. There isn't one religion that denies that we are indeed manifestations of some greater intelligence. So where is that intelligence showing up now?

Across the gamut of world government and resource management (human and material) we are experiencing a call for transformation toward something more harmonious, a movement toward telling the truth and working with 'what is' rather than hidden agendas and excuses for irresponsible actions.

What I find confusing is the apparent indignation of 'authorities' who we've looked to for leadership. Instead of revealing a reality that we can all agree is true, there are countless backroom meetings to figure out how to subvert the population into a manageable mass that remains uninformed and even unconscious to their own capability and potential as human beings. This behavior completely denies the human spirit and the possibility of acknowledging that we are spiritual beings at all.

So how do we transform our world even when our leadership is resistant to the changes that are obviously needed to guide our planetary civilization forward?

I don't have all the answers. I may not have any of them. But, I suspect that many across the world are getting fed up with being diagnosed, labeled and accused of being unrealistic. I perceive that the multitudes of finger-pointers and whistle blowers are affecting the population, but not necessarily in the best way possible. Exposing the truth often causes a rise in anger and frustration that, unchecked, can lead to even more catastrophic behavior.

Do we look to the skies for help? Do we look deep within for help? Do we propose new possibilities for using our skill sets for the betterment of mankind? Are our [spiritual beings having human experiences] actions congruent with what are perceived to be mission-driven [harmony among people and planet] objectives? Can we pause in process to question and reflect on our personal and professional endeavors to see if they match up?

For some, and with growing numbers, all of the previous questions are being considered with greater tenacity. Apparently even the cosmological experts and researchers are chiming in with a recognition that it is part of the process humanity finds itself in currently. The questions still remain: Can we learn to be in the precious present without past constraints or future concerns eliminating possibilities in the present? Can we collaborative create life-friendly solutions that will span hunger, poverty and war? And lastly, How can we work together as one?

What have we got to lose?

Another View of Our Condition

Morning Star signifies the birth of a New Earth Nation. As the morning star rises we hear cherubic laughter, "They are waking wake up.. " the celestial children giggle as the dreamsleepers awaken. "Time Bombs" of supernal light have been ticking for a long, long while - foreshadowing of the "Crimson Dawn" as told in the prophecy of Fatima is come.

The transparent Starship Earth becomes translucent, then it crystallizes. Repulsive and attractive images of alternating "beastly vomit" and "intelligent construction" flash like an ongoing 'Future Shop holograph' on the cave walls (TV Screen) to separate the hot and cold hearted from the indifferent in this Supreme Intelligence Test of the Human Heart, the final test of global evolution. For stupidity is the only unforgivable sin.

Massive imbalance and waste is social housing and amenities is obvious. Abomination and desolation manifest just as in the Black Light Foreshadowing. Then the picture clarifies. The New Earth landscape appears snow covered at first. On closer examination it is snowflakes knit as white linen, which is our "clean white stone" born of the righteousness of Saints as The Holy City manifests.

"And I saw no temple in the city. For its temple is the Lord God Almighty and The Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine upon it, for the Glory of God is its light, and its lamp is The Lamb. By its light shall the nations walk, and the kings of the Earth shall bring their glory into it.

And its gates shall never be shut by day, and there shall be no night there. They shall bring into it the honour and the glory of the nations. But nothing unclean shall enter it, nor any one who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those that are written in The Lambs' Book of Life..." - Revelation 21 v.22

The post consumption era is devoted to the restoration of our habitat. Strategic Industries have built an electronic highway with control systems to guarantee maintenance free stability to ensure that we never again overstep the life-death mark.

Let us dress Our Lady Queen in a new topography. Let us fashion a multi cultural wedding gown for Her, made of the wonderful textures and gleaming fabrics from the Hope Chest of ages. Morning Star shines back to the future-past to illuminate the jewels of, personal, cultural, national, treasures. Why live like paupers when we can live like Kings?

We are the collective New Age Christ Child - grass roots people know - but it takes the "Wise Men" a little longer, to land on this plateau. The "Second Coming" is our breakaway from the former abomination of cultural, national, religious and racial antagonism - politically inspired as a means of holding mass control. Focus on external hazards, hides the real diabolical enemy within.

The UFO coverup is the time-bomb: Nanotechnology at its best. This secret has been held in suspension-readiness for half a century until The Master gave the Word. We are Sky People who have been held in a time warp in order to extend our cosmic education into lower worlds, and animal classrooms.
I AM THAT I AM - is our Lord and King.

As the Morning Star rises, great spiritual gifts pour down from the heavens, like a shower of stars falling from the realm of "Nuit" into the normal daytime consciousness of men and women around the Earth.

The Morning Star is DEATH STAR. For nothing can exist without its polar opposite. Death Star is the most welcome of all the planets encountered on our Eternal voyage into infinity. It represents a move from brain-dead politics to the resurrection of New Life. The arrival of the "Holy Barque" in its home port. The Iconic Alexandria Yod merges virtual and manifest reality. The end of one world and the New Beginning of the next.

"He who would save his life shall loose it. He who gives his life, it is safe for evermore."

Reordering Our World

When looking at systems we need (imho) to keep in mind they are, hopefully, designed to serve people in life-friendly if not life-enriching ways. We are experiencing the results of the ignorance of conscientiousness. Suffering is a reality in the lives of many, but how does it reflect on the rest of us?

I think the best place to start is by asking what people need, maybe confirming what we believe we know...or not. Then take what we (think) we know and ask or discover the better questions necessary to lead us to what we need to know. Lao Tzu said it best, "To lead the people walk behind them." From this perspective we can learn much and guide our evolution as a society with greater efficacy.

Too often we rely on what we believe and know, but forget that neither nor both cover the extent of possibilities. I think there was a gentleman who once said that fixing things with the same tools that built them is folly, or something like that. Taking a fresh look, which may mean including others without the belief or knowledge, may serve the process better.

Understanding the significance of suffering is one thing, but to grasp even a fraction of what a greater intelligence might want us to understand about 'longsuffering' could take us to a leading edge vantage point. What else might we need to know that is beyond our belief or knowledge? Every question has an answer. Are we asking the right ones that lead us toward harmony and understanding?

Renewal

Spring has sprung and the subject of renewal brings to mind a plethora of possibilities coagulating in the hearts and minds of many. I personally have enjoyed a fresh effort in stepping up my activities to renew my spirit and the dreams I hope to manifest. The era of change we are in gives us all the opportunity to see things in a new light, a refreshed attitude of gratitude for the opportunity to assist in the process of change for the better.

I've spent countless hours reading and studying the methodologies of personal change, both to assist my clients and to grow in my own capability to actualize passion and purpose in a new way. I observe many others on the Net, off the Net and in my circles of contacts and friendships who feel this is an opportune time to get involved with collaborative efforts across a wide range of personal and professional areas. I'm particularly persuaded to renew my faith and trust in the capacity for synergizing spiritual and material outcomes, possibility coagulating if you will.

We face a challenging time ahead in order to weather the storms of past decisions and failed (or at least less than desired) systems that are plaguing education, environmental concerns, health care and social services just to name a few. This challenge is rallying the people to a renewal of personal values, ethics and morals in the face of issues brought to light by poor decision-making and fiscal management on local, state and national levels. I hope this renewal of collaboration of purposeful passion applied toward pressing needs will demonstrate the resilience and willingness of people to not only survive, but to thrive with new vision and outcomes in personal and professional arenas. I've engaged and witnessed what partnering principles do for multi-million dollar projects and am encouraged by it.

We've needed a renewal of hope for the human spirit to ascend the trials and tribulations of our current educational, environmental and socio-economic condition to say the least. I propose that instead of the anger and resentment most feel initially, we begin to point less fingers and accept our potential opportunity as our own renewal process. This process of renewal crosses cultural and religious boundaries to bring refreshingly new attitudes beyond the focus on differences we've seen so blatantly abusive in the past. We have common needs emotionally, physically and even spiritually present in our lifetime now. A renewed vision engages the innate spirit of goodness in humans and empowers constructive change to new levels of productivity and results in systems meant to serve the public.

Now I'm only a single person in this wheel of change, buy my own spirit is renewed with the activities I engage and am engaged by in these times of challenge. I know of the personal sacrifices many make to promote a spirit of cooperation in a renewed effort to align their personal passions with purposeful action, even when challenged by professional positions that may not necessarily align with their core beliefs. I encourage those very same to engage their faith and trust in their spiritual path and purpose to set forth on a renewed path of clearer communication and confrontation of those elements within their influence that deter or inhibit their natural desires for transparency and truth. I, too, am testing my ability to engage a life-long spiritual path in a renewal of passion and sharing of ideas and concepts for developing an organization based on common passions to serve our community and the world.

I wish that I could provide a solid reference for encouraging others to follow their passions in life. I can only say that I am in the process of renewal myself, having shifted from a supportive role in past endeavors to facilitation and leadership of a dream I've had for decades. Only now in this perfect timing of challenge to change old habits and patterns have I felt a deep sense of renewed confidence and the ability to act in congruence with a detailed laundry list, cleaning up previous feigned attempts to actualize the dream. Over two decades ago I began the trek, applying for the business name – Be The Dream. Now in my 50s, I feel the renewal of my inner child's playfulness and excitement in the movement of my life, a confidence missing for some years now. I can only say that if you have a dream to achieve, give it your full attention and work to make it real. You'll be surprised at how the universe aligns with your commitment, providing serendipitous synchronistic opportunities to further your efforts and results.

I have many quotes strewn about the house, my desk and reverberating in my head as affirmations and support along the way. I'd like to close with one that has been the most powerful in its encouragement. You may even recognize it. "Whatever you believe or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it." ~ Johann von Goethe

An Observation of a New Way

In my search for truth I have learned that asking the right questions leads to clearer answers, whether inquiring of personal clarity or structural integrity. Often, the questions came from far wiser people as I inquired of those who had made the journey in the area of my focus. My intent: to inquire of how to better serve and thus, be better served. There seems to be some recurring questions throughout those whom most would perceive as self-made success stories in their respective areas.

I’m an eduholic, so by nature I’m curious about the nature and structure of the big picture as well as the person to person details of relationships that contribute to harmony among people and planet, planetary citizens if you will. They are often quiet folk, humble yet powerful voices in their business and personal worlds. Some even become well-recognized for their contributions to the community or world at large. Most are the unsung heroes of social architecture, planting seeds of love through their devotion to serving the needs of their chosen path. This leads to the basic questions that are so simple, they are often missed.

The goal is always to achieve a result through the orchestration and use of people, places and/or things. The specific goals are vastly varied, though these questions seem to be ubiquitous in content. That being stated, questions most recurring are: Are my intentions aligned with the goal? Sometimes personal agendas get in the way. What needs to be done? What is my purpose? What is my role? How do I best play it? What are the needs and wants of those I’m creating relationships with to achieve my goal? What may I offer to the process to facilitate greater flow and mutual benefit? How do I best serve it through my actions? The proactive included one more: What’s next? The humanitarian: Who needs help and how may I serve them?

This type of questioning one would expect in the best practices manual for human behavior. It almost smacks of a new millennium paradigm to address an apparent need for better relations in the global community, applied in thorough detail at local levels. Best practices include treating the process as an organic ‘learning organization,’ a holistic anthropic system, in order to maximize the return on investment. The dynamics of organizational management apply on business and personal creations, requiring wise choices in the face of challenge.

I suppose the hopes of many hinge on the effectiveness of how this new paradigm is proliferated throughout the mechanisms that manage our human, material, planetary and spiritual resources. One might conclude that this new paradigm would create a new world order, one of accountability and responsiveness to the rapid change of our behavior toward each other and the environment, establishing some kind of harmonic convergence of the fearful and fearless. The fearful exhibit unconscionable behavior in the destruction of life while the fearless live with conscience and consideration of life and all their relations.

Leadership

Effective leaders are rare. They are created through the trials and tribulations of managing or working with people in a variety of settings. Most good leaders have had their fair share of hard knocks that awakened them to the greater potential within their scope of influence. Effective leaders are excellent communicators, able to speak the many languages of the individuals within the groups they lead. Oftentimes the individual perspectives may appear different simply from the type of language they use. A good leader pays attention to the facts and then makes decisions based on objective analysis of those facts, which is not to say that humanitarian factors succumb to the bottom line.

Effective leaders naturally motivate people from their actions, which include showing respect, listening, reflecting, and negotiating through conflict. Efficient leaders learn the strengths and weaknesses of their subordinates and cohorts and utilize group dynamics. Leaders encourage and empower people to achieve success rather than place blame. Leaders have solid vision and unshakeable persistence in achieving a goal. Serendipity follows them everywhere as if their environments are alive and vibrant with creative energy just waiting for an opportunity to manifest a synchronicity.. Their efforts are empowered by their ability to manage and organize both activities and time in their busy schedules.

A good leader is courageous, able to make decisions without hesitation, and maintains integrity of word and deed. Dependability is also a key trait for a leader must always be there for their group. Sound judgment and sensibility are also features of a leader, with loyalty, enthusiasm, endurance, and initiative rounding out the ever expanding list. These characteristics manifest in a variety of presentations and situations, especially for project managers in process.

Project Manager Effectiveness
Project managers are leaders of small and large groups destined to complete a strategic project plan. Leadership characteristics described above can make or break a team. In all successful project fulfillments, it is the leadership of the project manager that determines the type of success for the project’s members. The most successful accomplishments are met with a sense of fun and reward when goals and objectives are met, all facilitated by the project manager’s leadership. “Persistent leadership is required to make partnering work. Project managers must “walk the talk” and consistently display a collaborative response to problems. Similarly, top management must consistently and visibly champion the principles of openness, trust, and teamwork.” (Gray and Larson, 2001, p. 373)

There is also an emerging element in project management. It was first introduced by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in his book Flow – The Psychology of Optimal Experience. (Harper and Row, 1990). He states that, “Instead of accepting the unity of purpose provided by genetic instructions or by the rules of society, the challenge for us is to create harmony based on reason and choice.” This reason and choice are the foundations of project management.

People are more productive when they have optimal experience, a sense of flow to their personal and professional lives. Mr. Csikszentmihalyi describes flow as "being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you're using your skills to the utmost." This is the foundation for the highest productivity in any organization.

Project managers of today are successful due to their interpersonal relationships with everyone associated with the project. Providing an environment noted by Gray and Larson means that to incorporate the concepts and a delivery mechanism of optimal performance, Flow has to be incorporated within the foundation of the strategic plan. The attention given to this process empowers the leadership skills of each member of the team. Empowered leaders facilitate action and results, often better than anticipated.

CEO Comparisons
Leadership styles that are successful in one industry may not garner the same results in another. The integrity of James Burke, CEO of Johnson & Johnson, led the company out of a potential disaster when Tylenol’s tampering took place. Instead of following the recommendations of both the FBI and the Food and Drug Association, they recalled the entire supply on the market, even replacing customers’ capsule bottles with tablets. On the other hand, had he been faced with the knowledge that fossil fuel use is polluting air, ground, and waters of the world, would he have recalled the oil?

More often than not in the 80s, CEOs' management styles were often tailored to their particular industry. Defense contractors had traditionally been led by threat rather than reward; demanding and commanding compliance and performance. Managing by threat creates an atmosphere of mistrust, which is diametrically opposed to current management philosophy. Many companies in this industry now have initiated a variety of sensitivity programs to bolster moral and productivity.

Inspired stakeholder involvement creates opportunity for evolutionary leaps in a learning organization, across the gamut of organizational type or industry.

Code of Ethics
The Project Manager Code of Ethics described in the text begins with:
“Project Management Professionals, in the pursuit of their profession, affect the quality of life for all people in our society. Therefore, it is vital that Project Management Professionals conduct their work in an ethical manner to earn and maintain the confidence of team members, colleagues, employees, clients, and the public.” (Gray and Larson, 2001, p. 550)

The Articles within the Code of Ethics describe the optimal practices of human accountability, creativity, and responsibility. With minor nomenclature changes, it could very well read like the articles for developing any kind of organizational foundation. Leaders, true leaders, exemplify these Articles in their daily living. It is the following of the precepts set forth in these Articles that make them the recognized leaders within the organizations they serve, be it a corporation or community.

In Waking Up – Overcoming the Obstacles to Human Potential (1986), Dr. Charles Tart postulates our will is largely a mechanical reaction based on conditioning, intelligence is severely limited compared to what it could be, and there is no true self controlling life from a state of genuine self-consciousness. This discovery, not only by Dr. Tart, is changing the way personal and professional lives are working. The attitude of project management reflects this change. The qualities of leadership and project management demonstrate the symbiosis of creating results in life or in industry. There is little difference between the two in our evolving society.

In more practical applications, communities and municipalities depend on these best practices for survival now. For instance, AzDOT partnering meetings engage every stakeholder to create a partnering agreement mission statement with goals for the project team [stakeholders], a code of ethics, an issue resolution plan for jobsite activity and an issue resolution plan for all known or potential issues. The most effective leaders engage the spirit of partnering, create trust relationships with subcontractors by being trustworthy and more often than not bring in projects ahead of schedule and below budget from value engineering addendums. This leadership choice, the partnering meetings, also reduced lawsuits by over 800%. This practice begs inclusion in every commercial and/or community project, especially now.

Conclusion
This writer proposes that a true leader is priceless. Demonstrating the qualities of leadership not only wins friends and influences people; it sets the standard of behavior within an organization. The writer’s perspective of a true leader is one who leads people by example through using a synergy of charisma, tact and skill in handling challenges, concern for the rights and privileges of others and care for the positive impact on people and planet within the scope of their leadership and beyond.

Changing Our Mindset

So how are you feeling about the down turned economy right now? Are you looking for ways to cut costs or reduce your workforce to save money? Do you recognize that this mindset is one based in fear or lack? Is that really what you want?

According to many of the great personal growth leaders, many of the Law of Attraction practitioners, we produce what we focus on strongly – good or bad. I’ve always been on the cutting-edge of belief system changes in producing congruent thoughts and actions.

So how do you produce a congruent ‘thoughtform’ to compensate or overcome the current mindset of the majority? After all, you do believe you are NOT part of the majority of naysayers.. right?

So let’s look at what you can do to ‘switch hook’ from the current call and strike up a new conversation that aligns with your desires and what you really know to be possible. You aren’t alone if you don’t know just how, yet.

Applied sciences of change management make a lot of sense, but they are still a challenge to implement. I suggest you start by just taking a few deep breaths right now. Go on. Do it. It only takes a few moments and I guarantee you will feel better. Okay, so where do we go from here?

First Steps
In order to change a habit or pattern we must first acknowledge the need for change. It is important not to get confused with the ‘desire’ for change. Desire generally causes suffering because your emotions are attached – judging where you are in light of where you want to be.

Where you are is a more powerful emotional attachment because it is reality, not visionary. You cannot lie to yourself, but you can suspend your judgment. Just observe this place, like a visitor on vacation. I know it is a challenge to do this, but if you understand the dynamics of change, you know you have to free your mind of its attachments.

Next, begin to consider what a change would look like once the new pattern is in effect. It could be better office relations, communication with your clients that produce more sales, removal of bottlenecks in your production cycle or even teen agers picking up after themselves without having to be told. These techniques work at home, too.

Detached Not Attached
In the science of psychology there are pioneers that promote the understanding of detachment being a stepping stone to observation of ‘what is’ and ultimately creation of new paradigms more congruent with ‘natural’ flow of the intention-to-manifestation cycle. We know from productivity gurus that we must begin with the end in mind, see the goal before we can reach it.

Once the goal is visualized, then the subsequent questions about the path to it arise. When ‘the goal’ is perceived as a process, then the steps to its accomplishment unfold. It is like a logic train in most cases, lining up the cars in near perfect order as you ‘consider’ the necessary actions that leads you toward the goal. Being able to ‘observe’ this is much different that trying to ‘create’ it through sheer force of will.

Congruence Over Confinement
Imagine you are completely free of constraints to accomplish your desired change or goal. How would you proceed? Unsure? This process is generally outside the normal mindset of the general public and most business people, yet it is the foundation of an empowered executive.

Successful change management produces results through allowing change to ‘sink in’ instead of pushing people, places and things around. Resistance is futile and does not produce change. Leading yourself or your company toward better times starts with allowing them.

What we are talking about are inner resources we often dismiss or completely ignore in our lives. Internally, you already have a sense of the truth about yourself and your ability to rise above your current situation. These feelings or ‘knowing’ is congruent with your connection to a greater reality, one that you may have had brief encounters with but forgot about until now. If you were able to ‘see’ things differently, would the world change?

In ‘The Tao of Leadership’ by John Heider there is a section on Inner Resources that examples the brief discussion here. It states, “If I am content with what I have, I can live simply and enjoy both prosperity and free time. If my goals are clear, I can achieve them without fuss. If I am at peace with myself, I will not spend my life force in conflicts. If I have learned to let go, I do not need to fear dying.”

Master Teachers

Today there are more and more people looking for ways to connect with their spiritual path. "What is my purpose?" The quest for the zest in the cosmic conundrum of our evolution towards some kind of harmonious mutual living space begins in our understanding of pedagogy. Because of many changes in the presentation of information, it is the opinion of the author that pedagogical constraints are only compounded by the existing delivery systems for education. Quantum relationships in humans form the process of our evolution rising to the level of collective Beingness. Now, what does that really mean?

We will be reflecting on this process from the ideal place of a master teacher, one who empowers the students to use critical thinking skills to self-assess and grow into the new living awareness that integrates the data of discussion, whether classroom activities or life in general, into a cohesive usable knowledge base. In the face of pedagogical changes, and important question about change in general arises: What keeps us afraid, angry, ignorant, and immobile? Education has some relevancy in the discovery and exposing of answers. The balance of this paper will explore the process of pedagogy and potential advantages of a holistic educational shift.

In the most accepted delivery system developed by Madeline Hunter, an educator uses a defined set of instructional behaviors. This begins with the introduction of the ‘anticipatory set’ to the students. This includes the concepts and ideas that will be learned in this class, session or whatever. In our case, it is the introduction of the concepts of God/Goddess in human form. The concept is a simple premise that seems to be the 'goal' of nearly all major religions. Of course our assumption is that sons and daughters of God do eventually grow up.

We know that as with any learning process, there will be resistance and reluctance toward change. In this type of education (drawing out of knowledge), the anticipatory set could evoke very strong resistance due to the pre-patterning of most Western minds. This is human nature based on the belief systems at the root of the culture, which is unfortunately mainly fear, guilt, and shame ridden. We view the world from our previous databank of experience and knowledge. How has this view served our society to make it exemplary of our belief systems? What needs to change to evolve the society to where we believe it needs to be in order to achieve a standard of healthy relationships?

This flows into the next piece of the process of education, recalling past learning. We all have it, yet it is obviously not all the same. So how do you draw out all this past knowledge to serve our current purpose? There is a databank deep within the depths of human consciousness and the psyche that can drawn out. Examples of this are past life regressions on one hand and a more recent 'new' presentation such as John Edward's bridging communication between worlds. In a classroom environment we process so that it is all on the table, so to speak, and each one has the opportunity to listen to, or observe, each other’s database. In this way we all see where each other is, with no conditions as to the ‘rightness’ or ‘wrongness’ of the learning to date. It simply IS.

This is similar to Dale Carnegie's method of idea development. It could even be adopted for use within the realms of DeBono's Six Hats as well. So, we can delve into the depths of our past knowledge to seek the understanding of how things relate in a common language like Science, for example. The leaders in this educational process are saying that science does prove our ability to grasp the capacity of changing our reality through choice; simply choosing to change and doing so. It is a gross understatement to say that this choice is not easy nor clear as we confront old worn out patterns that no longer serve the greater good.

Now, the ‘essential question’ is asked. Our assumption is that a creator is one with their creation. In this case let us ask, “How does one become aware of their ONEness?” There is an accepted ‘knowing’ that each one of the students has some understanding or experience of their own path to enlightenment. Sometimes we have to dig deep into the recesses of our memories to find instances. However, most people have had an experience of such serendipitous synchronicity and connectedness as to be undeniable in critical reflection of assumptions. So each shares the most pertinent piece of their journey in recognition of the awareness of their connectedness, however great or small.

The mind usually wants to obsess over this for a while while the heart consciousness (said to be much the greater of the two) remains open to further confirmations. All of the information is shared without criticism, condemnation or judgment. It simply IS. Opening the door to this kind of sharing of information would probably trigger some deeper reflections as well, facilitated by the instructor (master teacher) who is already prepared to usher them into their seat for this particular movie. A recently released movie creates a bridge for a layman to understand quantum physics, science and mysticism, explained through fact and nonfiction fantasy. The mind is awakened to the presence of I AM within. Supposedly we knew this long ago and have forgotten the way home.

Elemental Essence of Energy
It is all-visible to each 'presence' within our entire population, however the effect of each choice in the filter of their own consciousness is often one of the ‘hidden’ processes that takes place, regardless of the external activity. These are processes that one internalizes and rarely offers in reflection to the group. Now that we have this collective database, we begin to realize the similarities in each individual contribution, as they are virtually the same in the evocation of feelings. What I mean is that they have the same intent or purpose in achieving greater harmony as reflected in the expressions of shared feelings, exemplary of a greater synergy of experience. However, sometimes it is not clearly communicated due to using individual dictionaries of personal data to explain individual perspectives.

A master teacher will facilitate the group toward understanding that they are saying similar things in different ways. Once this process is comprehended, the next phase is to begin to inquire as to the ‘categorization’ of importance in the list of priorities that provide the greatest good for ALL. Now even Senge recognizes that a learning organization evolves at its own speed and needs to be treated like a garden rather than a machine. The gardener doubles as an edutainer in the classroom; tilling and teasing the seeds to grow by being able to keep their rapidly moving attention engaged in relevant learning.

From the perspective of Godhood (non-gender/genre specific) we begin to filter each of the reflections through the participation facilitated by the instructor, teacher, our internal observer, or whomever. This one has already done his/her homework and compiled a list of information that has been derived from a much larger data pool. In this particular instance the information comes from comparative religious studies as well as modern psychological documentation available today. We're evolving. Our senses are expanding. Children are learning at near light speed. A master teacher is well prepared to facilitate their classroom experience, having begun with the end in mind.

How can we assess or test for this learning? To explore these relationships further, an organized effort to establish some kind of model environment is appropriate. Spectrum Academy, a concept crafted by Robin Engel and Zen Benefiel, is a potential answer to evolving a learning environment. It is not intended to produce Gods and Goddesses. What it will produce are young people capable of emulating the qualities of righteous leadership- care and concern for people and planet.

Let’s look at Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences for a moment to illustrate the growth and unfoldment of a natural order within a construct of consciousness. This appears to be a result of simply observing patterns to reveal process. Multiple intelligences were discovered through observation. It has been widely accepted that these multiple intelligences provide the essence of classroom students’ experiences, and for students of life as well. Life is just a bigger classroom with greater risks and potential outcomes. Intelligences that Gardner has revealed so far are: Verbal-Linguistic, Musical-Rhythmic, Logical-Mathematical, Visual-Spatial, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Intra-Personal, Inter-Personal, and Naturalistic.

There are no definitive tools to assess exactly what percentage of each intelligence we individually manifest in order to provide instructional materials to empower these intelligences as of yet. There are types of learning centers developed to utilize activities that nurture the various intelligences. These intelligences are usually only truly observable by a trained eye in the actual classroom environments. I believe there is one more intelligence that remains to be revealed. That is Spiritual Intelligence, which imbues every intelligence with a connectedness to all the others and a holistic model of life that is understood by the individual at very deep levels previously inaccessible by planes, trains, and automobiles. What kind of environment would we need to nurture our Spiritual Intelligence? Are there any present examples?

Before the proverbial ‘knee-jerk’ starts happening, let us address our momentary definition of Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual Intelligence is the ability to respond to any given situation through the use of pure intuitive logical thought to empower the best use of our mind/body/spirit complex. Simply, everything is connected in the holistic view of the world. Pure, meaning without resistance; intuitive, meaning you already know the answer/response; logical, meaning it has identifiable repetitive patterns; thought, meaning that it is a function of the ONE MIND.

It has already been proven, scientifically, that life is made up of sets of fractals, each having its resonant core of the self-replicating pattern. Quantum physics has unveiled the mathematical understanding of our ability to change our patterns. We have yet to comprehend that this self-replicating pattern exists in its purest organic form (Naturalistic Intelligence) in our carbon atom. Its scientific reference would be 6 protons, 6 neutrons, and 6 electrons. If we look at the examples below, we see that there are some very interesting patterns that evolve from the carbon atom’s configuration.

Now, what does this all mean? It means that this Spiritual Intelligence is at the core of our genetic fiber. It is locked in to the very building blocks of our physicality. The understanding science is now offering helps us to move beyond subjugated religious superstition that promotes separation of mental and emotional intelligence. Organically we are able to use this intelligence to activate Bloom’s taxonomy to the next level. In his work, there are six basic areas of focus in our educational processes: Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis, and Evaluation.

Through the use of Spiritual Intelligence, we are able to observe the categorical changes necessary in our world environment to align with the natural organic patterns of an interdependent civilization. We can all imagine what a world like this might be like. Or can we? There is so much information about the pieces of such an environment, a new world order if you will, that it would seem our duty to utilize our knowledge to apply the best practices of Spiritual Intelligence throughout society. We've found the key that eliminates all boundaries, making us truly one people and one planet.

Comprehending the change takes time. Our current outer stimuli keeps our mental focus so busy on trivial circumstances that we are unable to quiet the mind. We have the direct-connect to the inner knowledge and wisdom, yet the voice is muffled by all the outer activity. Those able to recognize the internal connections from the stillness within become the patient agents of perfected patterns that balance the scales of iniquity currently present on our planet, without placing undue focus on them. Our ability and knowledge as a unified people has been ignored for some time, or maybe it has not.

The chaos created through the media may indeed have another purpose. We already know how to evolve mental constructs into physical form. We also understand that it requires not a ubiquitous desire for change. Only a few are necessary to begin the process. Our job is to craft the wheel of change for the greatest safety, the most sustainable comfort, and the greatest joy. How do we do that? Analyzing each of our alternative choices, and the risk of loss in each, we can assess the outcome of the choices and synergistically reveal the best choices to serve the greatest good, locally and globally.

This leads us naturally to the application and implementation of the processes necessary, as our synthesis of solutions was developed as a natural evolution of the analysis of our choices. Evaluating these results demonstrates a natural progression of consciousness. Again, it falls into the realms of pure intuitive logical thought as the entire process evolves naturally through the parameters of the foundational structure. We have nearly transcended the fear, anger, ignorance, and immobility. What is left is to take action and grow beyond our current frustrations.

How does this reflect on the process of education? By definition the process of education is organic: to draw out. Ignoring an old scientific axiom of 10% brain usage being 'normal,' is it possible that we have many more senses, or levels of sense, with the other 90% of brain capacity? Could the 'junk DNA' be the access points into a greater realm of experience and understanding?

We now have the tools to draw out our map for our journey toward ONEness in perfectly acceptable order; a ‘new world order’ that acknowledges our past with honor and dignity, yet is concerned with the sustainability of our future. We harvest our past by bringing forth those tools most useful for our future, including the undesirable lessons learning the art of war. Now we can apply the same conceptual frameworks, used by the masters of manipulation of time and space, to create an atmosphere conducive to our ultimate need in the call toward Divinity: to be love and be loved.

We can begin to acknowledge the obvious in our daily lives, expanding to our local communities, and even spanning the globe once we can agree on simple principles of commerce (interactive exchanges), education, and community. In this regards, there is also a process toward building community that empowers a genesis in the living awareness of the individual and collective simultaneously. We can help the world receive an evo-leap of sustainability in environmental and social responsibility. Together we can change the world.
Check for Understanding

We can look back through each of the premises that evolved into the understanding presented. Essentially, we considered the effects of viewing ourselves as potential change agents for the 21st Century. We presented the premises from which our logic was drawn and showed cause for and a path toward changing a mindset and active role in one's life and community. Master teachers are the capable crew who lead the way, assisting the creation and formulation of questions that guide a person or class to self-discovery and Self-discovery, former being the understanding of their own patterns and the latter being God Consciousness, Christ Consciousness, Cosmic Consciousness, et al..

A great philosopher once said that Creators want playmates, not subjects or dominions; they want to have fun. They want to play. Think of how you felt as a child, or even adult, when you were at the height of 'play' in your life. Remember how it felt? Educationally fulfilling, entertaining and maybe even exhilarating, right? Now the rest of the story is up to you. Do you have concerns or questions? What have you found what really works for you?
